I have a crazy way of shopping for toys for little boys. I very frequently end up purchasing toys made out of wood. Wooden toys are more substantial, and have the possibility of being passed on from generation to generation. We have a set of wooden toys that are about 60 years old. They've been well used, look terrific and are treasured.
When I started to think about featuring a gift guide for boys, I was so attracted to the wooden toys(again). There is such a nice selection on etsy, made by very skilled craftsmen (one is a lady).
Check out the toys that are being featured. When you visit the different shops be sure to browse through each shop. There are many treasures to find.
Prices range from $3.50 till $60. You will have a hard time resisting these toys.
