WHAT COMES AFTER VALENTINES DAY?








The natural progression is we go from Valentines Day into Wedding Day. The planning and shopping for spring and summer weddings are in high gear.

I've been browsing all of the wedding postings on Etsy and found some really lovely items to add a touch to that special day. This is the first of many postings on the subject of weddings, because everyone is looking for those something special items.

ART AND YARN


I was immediately intrigued by the Etsy shop of Ayca. Her original designs and color concepts just captured me. I felt compelled to find out more about Ayca and share it with you.
Ayca lives in Turkey with her husband and toddler daughter. When she isn't running after her she focuses on her other passion.
Ayca has a special gift in designing with yarn. She found that her original designs were appreciated by the public and by Etsy and has been featured many times.
She learned how to knit and crochet when she was about 6 years old, but has only been doing it professionaly for the past year and a half.
She confessed to me that for her unique color combinations she has a secret advisor - her husband. He gives lectures on the Turkish Carpet and its art form and has a background in color.
